Telephone Advice

Some problems can be sorted out over the telephone. If you wish to speak to a doctor or a nurse, please telephone the surgery where the receptionist will take a few details and pass them on to the relevant clinician who will then telephone you on an agreed number.

This would normally be before or after the surgery starts.

However, if an emergency should arise during surgery hours, the doctors would only be too happy to take the call earlier.

The GP's may also provide a video consultation where appropriate.
